Appendix 6: Influenza Pandemic Preparedness & Response Plan
Emergency Operations Center
If required, an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) will be selected by the ED based on the limitations and demands created by the outbreak. In most instances the first floor of the University Police Department headquarters will serve as the EOC.
In the event that space in the Young Building is unavailable or impractical, other possible locations are:
- Young Building, 5555 South Ellis Avenue, first floor conference room (will serve as the EOC);
- 1155 East 60th Street, Room 313 (primary backup site); and
- Donnelley Biological Sciences Learning Center (DBSLC), 924 East 57th Street, CPP Microscope Lab.
